《湄公河纪事》影像展呈现支越十余年来沿湄公河流域持续拍摄、考察与书写的成果。展览以中国、缅甸、老挝、泰国、柬埔寨与越南六国的行走与拍摄脉络为结构，并以河流的自然走向作为隐性线索，在影像叙事中展开对地域文化、现代化痕迹与记忆沉积的观察。展览于天府影像艺术中心展出，并亮相第三届成都国际摄影周（2025）。
The Mekong River exhibition presents Zhi Yue’s decade-long photographic practice, research, and writing along the Mekong basin. Structured around work made across China, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam, the exhibition follows the river’s course as an underlying narrative thread, unfolding observations on local cultures, traces of modernization, and layered memory. It was exhibited at Tianfu Image Art Center and featured in the 3rd Chengdu International Photography Week (2025).

《湄公河纪事》画册为支越同名影像展的出版物，由艺术家摄影并撰文。书籍以影像为主体结构，系统呈现其沿湄公河流域多年拍摄的阶段性成果。相较于展览中的空间叙事，画册更强调时间的连续性与阅读的沉浸感，使这一长期实践得以脱离展览现场，以更稳定、可反复阅读的形式被保存。画册不仅是展览的延伸，也构成《湄公河纪事》作为长期影像实践的重要档案。（ISBN 978-99996-41-20-3）
The Mekong River photobook accompanies the exhibition and is authored by Zhi Yue with photographs and text. The book is primarily image-driven, presenting a structured selection from his long-term photographic work along the Mekong River basin.
Compared to the spatial narrative of the exhibition, the photobook emphasizes continuity and sustained reading over time. It allows the project to exist beyond the exhibition space, preserving the work in a stable and revisitable form, and serves as an essential archival outcome of The Mekong River.
